About the tournament
Frank Bennett with BC Hydro of Vancouver, BC, was a founding Board Member of USMA. He served as chairman and played an important role in program development and USMA's strategic plan. A few years ago he was stricken with ALS and soon passed away. Frank loved golf and was a very important part of the annual conference and golf tournament. In 2006 the USMA Board of Directors decided to name the annual tournament in memory of Frank and designate the ALS Foundation as the benefactor of the tournament.

About this year's course
With a layout that is routed around natural wetlands, TPC Tampa Bay offers a scenic landscape of tranquil ponds and lagoons that are home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, otters, and storks. It is one of only two golf courses in the area that is designated as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. This scenic golf course was constructed as a stadium course to take advantage of the scenic views. Although it is a true test of skill, the layout is accessible to players of all skill levels. TPC Tampa Bay also offers extensive practice facilities including target greens, a short game area with a bunker, and an 8,000-square-foot practice green.  For more on the course go to http://www.tpctampabay.com
