A note from the President of USMA

The USMA General session on Tuesday May 21st will provide a program of exceptional relevance for USMA conference attendees.

Three senior executives from the electric utility industry will provide insightful perspectives on the challenges to develop and deploy new technologies and to replace aging assets and infrastructure.

The session is titled "Investing in the Future - Infrastructure and Technology" which will be comprised of focused individual presentations followed by a moderated Q&A session which will allow the attendees to ask questions of the panelists. Jim Greer, COO for Oncor and Kenny Mercado, Senior VP, Grid and Market Operations for Centerpoint Energy will present the perspectives of an electric utility and John Estey, Executive Chairman for S&C Electric Company will present a supplier perspective. This lively session will be moderated by Don Heitmeier from WESCO affording a balanced industry perspective to our conference attendees.
