Note: Fees are per person. (If paying by check, fees are based on the date payment is received, not on the date you register.)
Conference Refund Policy
Full refund will be granted upon written request received on or before December 15, 2010. Fax cancellation/request for refund letter to USMA Registration at 816-532-4945. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be granted after December 15, 2010.
Note: Name changes may be made at any time.
